Got this lock to replace the memory lock that comes with Gibraltar's SC-BA78 (7/8" tube Pearl style tom holder).
Gibraltar's memlock doesn't fit Pearl's Optimount. The tab is too large and won't slide into the Pearl recess. This genuine Pearl mem lock works fantastic and without issue on Gibraltar's arm and Pearl's Optimount. It maintains the depth and rotated location on all my toms. The $4 cost of this memlock plus Gibraltar's tom holder is still cheaper than a full Pearl setup and much easier to setup. I'll get another one since they're back in stock. THANKS DFD TEAM!
