I used this product to eliminate tension rod splay on a Slingerland Radio King with No. 567 lugs after the wrap had been removed and the wood refinished. Ultimately, these gaskets did the job very well, and I'm very pleased with the result. I knocked a star off for two reasons. 1.) The shape of the gaskets is not as consistent as might be expected. If you pile up a stack of these, the amount of variation is obvious. So, if you really want to get an extremely consistent "edging" around the lugs, you're going to need to buy extras and pick the best ones. I will say, none of the inconsistency was variable enough to make any of the gaskets unusable. 2.) The holes are not big enough for 567 lugs. After trying a number of methods that did not work, I used a steel hollow hole punch to expand the holes. The gasket material is really tough - a good thing - and I worked pretty hard to make those holes. I also ruined a few gaskets. So again, buy extras.

I definitely can recommend these, but they are not as "plug and play" as I expected when I bought them.
