Mine came with bent bottom snare hoop!! Had to take off 4 tension rods on bottom snare side! So I only have 6 tension rods out of 10 tightening snare side head! Used dial to check each tension rod. The 4 are loose when set at same tension on all 10 with dial! Not to happy......all businesses are going downhill with quality! Not like the old days anymore! Cheep China Crap! Good thing I’m a professional and got it to sound half way decent!
