Excellent quality. Mine came with two sets of plastic gaskets for spacing relative to the tension rod holes in the hoop and some bowl-shaped washers and screws with split lock washers to secure the lugs to inside of the shell.
I ordered the brass finish and they look perfect.
Some of the threads are tight with the T-042W brass-plated tension rods but it actually is nice because they will help keep the drum in tune longer.
