Replaced the Ludwig OEM 2.3mm hoops on my late 1990's Supraphonic with these (top and snare side), and now finally it sounds closer to that Bonham 60's 70's Supraphonic sound! Stock clear WeatherMaster snare side, Remo Coated Vintage Ambassador and I drilled in a Ludwig Tone Control, 42 strands.
