These came stock on my Ludwig Accent CS Custom and I hate them. They loosen too easily and you always have to find the perfect position every time you set up.
But, add the SC-HML105 memory locks and you're good to go! They have a pin that locks into the bracket, which not only allows you to always come back to your preferred setting, but they won't rotate on their own anymore.
