This is a good quality replacement, except that it will most likely ONLY fit the Pearl models referenced, or some very lightweight imported stands. I got this to use on my Ludwig 1123-1 "Spur Lock" hi-hat stand from the 60's/70's, with an upper tube diameter of 5/8", and this seat was too small to accept the tube. This is made for a 1/2" tube, Measure your tube diameter carefully, because unless it's any of the Pearl models indicated, it will most likely be too small, as most hi-hat stand upper tubes are at least 5/8" or larger.
