Low Prices, Top Notch Customer Service, and Quick Delivery
Drum Factory Direct beats out many of the other usual online music gear moguls in giving the lowest price. When DFD's price isn't the lowest, they don't give you the runaround and do a match. Other vendors make it a hassle for me to get a match, and I don't have time for that. DFD wants your business and they want to keep it. I get responses quickly from Customer Support that actually make sense and show me that they're reading the email as well as answering my question! Their products go off the shelf quickly making ground shipping overnight (for my hardware case; lifesaver). I wish they would also dabble in bass guitar gear...
I've purchased a range of drum parts from DFD, and have been consistently very pleased with their prices, range of products, and their excellent customer service. They also offer the best shipping costs for me as a non-U.S. buyer. I've dealt with a number of suppliers but I keep coming back to DFD.
